Why India has poor men?

Distribute Rs 100 cr. of a film or Movie among 100 cr. poor persons.


Today In this age we have have major problem is POVERTY. POVERTY IN INDIA gives us third rank to make India 3rd poor nation of the world.
But cause of it is "WE".
"WE" can make a MOVIE or Film of Rs 100 cr. And the film or Movie may flop or result less But

We can not distribute Rs. 100 cr. in 100 cr. people. If we spend this amount among the poor people then every person will become rich...

Then INDIA WILL BECOME RICHEST COUNTRY...
